Integrating Your Meditation Experience With Your Experience Of Grief

In this guided meditation you will simply notice your experience. No need to change anything; just watch thoughts, emotions, sounds, sensations, and everything else come and go. During the last five minutes of this practice, respond to the following self-inquiry questions in your journal. They are included in the practice, so have your journal ready.
