During this mindful movement practice you will explore how you physically relate to the edge. Physically, the edge is the place in a stretch or yoga posture that is not too much and not too little. You are not bored; neither are you causing yourself harm. The emotional edge is very similar. It is a place where you can observe your experience with a sense of calm abiding and openness.
