Based on the principles of the R.A.I.N. meditation, this practice invites you to notice the place in your body where you feel "stuck," and then to widen out your experience to include your whole body. At the end of the practice you are invited to bring your hands to the place or places that feel stuck or tight, and to offer them compassion and lovingkindness.
