Our subconscious body language can convey how we’re feeling inside, but we
can also alter how we’re feeling by consciously changing our body language
and position. Mindfully scan through your body and focus your attention on
your breath for a few moments. After each step below, spend a few minutes
savoring what you feel before moving onto the next step:
- Move into a position that represents vulnerability to you.
- Next, move into a position that represents strength to you.
- Move back and forth between the two positions four times.
- During the last round, pause halfway between the two positions.
