Half of this practice is guided and half is silent, so you can practice escorting your attention back to the present whenever you lose track. Toward the end, I will offer guidance and sound the bell to close this meditation.

One surefire way to get unstuck is to is to tune in to your internal experience every day. Add to that a dose of compassion, and you are well on your way to liberation from suffering.

The Daily Mindfulness Meditation practice is designed to be used regularly, hence the name! It includes a period of focus and relaxation, space for you to notice what naturally arises, and closes with a brief compassion practice.
