Journaling does more than simply record your day-to-day experience; it helps you process traumatic events, communicate with loved ones, record precious memories, organize your thoughts, rebuild your worldview, and even cultivate posttraumatic growth in the wake of grief.
During this free grief journaling workshop Heather will share her most valuable writing tips to help you overcome writers block and negative rumination. You will learn about the different types of grief journals, and spend time responding to a series of writing prompts from her guided journal, From Grief To Peace.
You will also learn about Awaken, Heather's online grief support group and course that includes meditation, yoga, and journaling for a healthy and meaningful grief experience.
