You are welcome to join as many calls as you like each month, or just pop in every now and again as you see fit.
How do the sharing groups work?
The sharing groups are designed to give you compassionate support from Heather and the Awaken Grief Tribe, keep your practice on track, and provide a forum for you share victories and ask questions if you are facing obstacles. Each sharing circle will begin with a brief centering, and then the “floor” will be open for sharing. There is no judgment, only loving support.
Do I need to read the Mindfulness & Grief book?
No. Each Monthly Master Class will focus on the topics from the book, so you will get the content you need from the program itself. You may wish to read the book for additional information, such as the inspirational stories, and to help reinforce the meditation techniques.
Who is AWAKEN not good for?
This course is designed specifically for grief associated with the death of a loved one. It is not suitable for relationship loss or divorce.
