Mandala Instructions

  1. Decorate one section in the inner most circle of the Mandala Template (PDF) with a pattern or design.
  2. Duplicate the same content in each of the consecutive center sections until the inner circle is filled.
  3. Working from the center towards the outside, repeat the first two steps for each concentric circle.
  4. Stay connected to your breath, and draw as slowly as you need to in order to stay present.
  5. When you notice your mind thinking, invite it back to drawing.
  6. When you feel your mandala is complete, take a mindful breath and gaze upon it as if for the first time. 
  7. Reflect on your experience in your journal (optional).
