- Decorate one section in the inner most circle of the Mandala Template (PDF) with a pattern or design.
- Duplicate the same content in each of the consecutive center sections until the inner circle is filled.
- Working from the center towards the outside, repeat the first two steps for each concentric circle.
- Stay connected to your breath, and draw as slowly as you need to in order to stay present.
- When you notice your mind thinking, invite it back to drawing.
- When you feel your mandala is complete, take a mindful breath and gaze upon it as if for the first time.
- Reflect on your experience in your journal (optional).
